The hotel was fairly clean with exceptional and really good staff at the reception desk. It was a marvellous location just next door to tube station and the big bus hop on and off, Kensington and the Museums and of course Harrod's, and Kensington garden. Found time to see a scientifically spellbinding museum, that's relatively near the property. Really enjoyed friendly check-in and efficient check-out.

Very good facilities in general, particularly good location near the subway.

Superb continental breakfast - delicious slices of fresh bread and pastries. Amazingly spacious and silent units and exceptional staff from front desk to managers. Pretty quiet area, marvellous location, near Wembley, Natural History Museum, the Victoria and Albert Museum and the Royal Albert Hall and Kensington and the Museums and of course Harrod's.

This popular, fairly clean property has vegan continental breakfasts and super-friendly staff. The location great and easy for Kensington district, it is not far from the tube, area in general, Albert Hall Kensington Palace and Notting Hill.

Our accommodation was set in a very central location close enough to restaurants, stores, tube, buses & banks, on-street parking available after 1330 at weekends, and The museums and Harrods.

Well, the area was really loud overall.

Very central location just next door to tube station and places to eat and drink in walking distance, the Royal Albert Hall, The Natural History Museum and Kensington Palace and local pubs, it was in a residential area. The continental breakfast included slices of fresh bread and pastries, but we were in a hurry and didn't try all the menu.

Well, the views were not very good here.

Everything was great, the hotel was comfortable. We truly enjoyed breads and pastries. The very welcoming and pleasant staff was willing to help, that's a big plus. This accommodation was in the very central location close to center. Besides, it was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a scientifically spellbinding museum.

Asked for twin room and it was functional and new-fashioned with very comfy bed.

Lovely city views, marvellous location short walk to Gloucester Road Underground Station/Bus stops/Tesco/coffee shops, transport, cafes and shops, and museums and Albert Hall. Functional twin room with artworks. Lots of food for breakfast including scrambled eggs, breads, and pastries.

Comfortable room, nice bed and fairly new bathroom. A very quiet residential area, perfect and incredible location near to the park, and the tube, restaurants and markets.

As longer term business travelers, we appreciated the convenient location near the underground and the ease of getting around the city. The safe neighborhood allowed us to easily explore and walk around at night. The friendly staff, comfortable and clean rooms, and spacious bathrooms made our stay enjoyable. The addition of tea and coffee service in the room was a welcome perk for our early mornings. The hotel's dining options, especially the English pub, were a popular choice for us after long days of work.

We felt very well looked after, with no complaints at all.

I had a really comfortable experience at this place, especially enjoying the breakfast with very good scrambled eggs.

The staff were welcoming, highly courteous.

The room we had was charming little, and complete with fantastic views, 1 single bed, for example.

The location was great and lovely, very near to the tube, convenient to go everywhere. Also, this hotel was situated 3 km from tourist destination like Down Street.
